This is the Kit, one of our all time favs, have a new album Off Off On out Friday. We have limited edition red vinyl and CDs in stock at the time of writing. By the end of 2018, the band had finished touring their last album, the fantastic Moonshine Freeze – leading to Kate’s Ivor Novello nomination, but when it came to Stables’ natural impulse to start the next record, her efforts were diverted by an invitation to join The National on the road for multiple tours and TV appearances – a continuation of the role she took on their album I Am Easy To Find. “It was so brilliant when I was writing to be away from my songs and the responsibility of being in charge of a band or a project – I think it really helped my writing and my getting through whatever I needed to get through.”'
The Boss is back! Bruce Springsteen - Letter To You is Springsteen’s new studio album with the E Street Band, it includes 9 recently written Springsteen songs, as well as new recordings of three of his legendary, but previously unreleased, compositions from the 1970s, “Janey Needs a Shooter,” “If I Was the Priest,” and “Song for Orphans. We have limited edition grey vinyl in stock.
Gorillaz - Song Machine Season One 'The finest Gorillaz album in a decade' says The Independent. We have limited edition orange vinyl plus CD and 2CD versions up for grabs online or in store.
Another of our favourites, we have limited edition translucent pink vinyl edition of Laura Veirs' new 11th studio album My Echo. Maya is a double album dedicated to his cat who recently passed away and inspired by his favourite music: '91 to'96 UK breakbeat hardcore and jungle. "I don't have that interest in singing or writing lyrics like I used to. The natural thing when I'm by myself now, is to just make music like the stuff being released this year. I really love the back and forth with machines and the computer."
The Fall's 10th studio album The Frenz Experiment is released as an expanded version which includes the original album, plus singles and B-Sides.
Joe Bonamassa has a new solo album. Royal Tea was recorded at Abbey Road Studios. The ten original tracks were co-written by Joe and a cast of homegrown notables including former Whitesnake guitarist Bernie Marsden, ex-Cream lyricist Pete Brown and national-treasure piano man Jools Holland. Available on 180gram transparent vinyl or as a deluxe CD in a tin case.
The Lost Boys Soundtrack is released this Friday as a late addition for National Album Day.
