It's another great week for new releases, with loads of big hitters out this Friday 13th June...too many to mention here but here's a taster...

Time Flies… 1994–2009 is Oasis’ complete singles collection. Now with remastered audio, the tracklisting spans fifteen years across Oasis’ staggering seven consecutive number one albums.

The 4-LP vinyl package includes a limited edition print from the original photographer of the Time Flies artwork, Jill Furmanovsky, which has been reworked by renowned Japanese artist Kosuke Kawamura.

A 2CD version is also available. Out Friday 13th June

The Cure Mixes of a Lost World

'Conceived and compiled by Robert Smith, a new remix collection from 2024 album Songs Of A Lost World, featuring remixes from Four Tet, Paul Oakenfold, Orbital, and more.

ALL CURE RECORD ROYALTIES FROM ‘MIXES OF A LOST WORLD’ WILL BENEFIT WAR CHILD. At least £1 per physical product sold and £1 per download will be donated.'

Van Morrison releases his new album Remembering Now. It represents his first collection of original music since 2022 and also follows the acclaimed covers albums Moving On Skiffle and Accentuate The Positive.

Orange vinyl double LP or CD out 13th June

'The Metallica remaster collection continues with the 5x-platinum Load. Produced by Bob Rock, Load is the follow-up to Metallica, the best-selling album of the Soundscan era. Load contains fan favourites including “Until It Sleeps,” “Hero of the Day,” and “King Nothing.” Remastered by Reuben Cohen at Lurssen Mastering and overseen by executive producer Greg Fidelman.'

'Two years after releasing the Frontier’s Edge EP, by Staten Island instrumental group Budos Band are returning with their first full-length since 2020’s Long in the Tooth. Titled simply VII, the new album sees them doing what they do best: laying down hypnotic, horn-spiked grooves that menace and mesmerize in equal measure.'

Cosey Fanni Tutti

'Composed, performed and produced by Cosey Fanni Tutti, the 9-track album moves between propulsive beat constructions and expansive electronic explorations, continuing themes from 2019’s acclaimed album TUTTI. It is a personal reflection; a sonic realisation of her life, drawing on her powerful inner resolve and expressing it through music.'

Welsh indie rock band The Bug Club are back, again, for their annual appointment at the garage rock makers’ market, where they’re flogging yet another pedigree record. LP number four, Very Human Features, arrives hot on the heels of the band’s first Sub Pop release, 2024’s On the Intricate Inner Workings of the System.'

The debut self titled studio album by Skid Row, originally released on January 24, 1989, by Atlantic Records reissued on vinyl.

Lost In The Cedar Wood is Johnny Flynn’s much-anticipated fifth album, co-written with his friend the nature writer Robert Macfarlane.

'The songs were composed during lockdown in large part as a correspondence, through a back-and-forth of notebook pages, voice-recordings and WhatsApp-messages, at a time when lockdowns made meeting in person impossible. The first eight songs were recorded in an off-grid cottage deep in a Hampshire forest, with the sounds of chainsaws felling trees drifting in through the windows along with the birdsong.

The result is an album at once urgent and ancient, which fuses poetry, landscape, myth and music into something unique.'

Haddaway's iconic hit single from 1993 is back to pose the question once again, and it's better than ever: Revitalized in its remastered version, “What Is Love” is set to be re-released as part of the brand-new thematic EP What Is Love (Remastered 2025).

The 10” vinyl edition features the remastered version of the 7” mix of “What Is Love” and 12” mix of the song. Additionally, the EP includes the remasters of “Rock My Heart”, “I Miss You” and the track “Sing About Love”.

Various Northern Soul Classics II

Expand your collection and freshen up your dancing shoes with this must-have sequel including none other than the incredible Stevie Wonder, Dusty Springfield, Freda Payne, Robert Knight, The Supremes, Major Lance and the all-time classic duet between Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, Ain't No Mountain High Enough.'

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard

'Companion album to 2024's Flight B741 album and recorded during the same sessions, Phantom Island sees King Gizzard expanding their sonic to include a full blown orchestra across it's 10 tracks!'

Wu Tang & The Mathematics

'Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman is the first Wu-Tang record in 11 years to feature all 9 living members.

Wu-Tang is arguably the most Iconic Hip Hop Group in the World. The Wu-Tang Logo is not only the most recognizable logo in the multi-generational world of hip hop, their vast constituency of die-hard fans, who are active tix, records and merch Makes the logo, from a brand recognition standpoint, on par with The Rolling Stones.'
