For those who don't know... singer songwriter Jack Broadbent grew up in Lincolnshire and now resides in Canada. Hailed by Montreux Jazz Festival as, “The new master of the slide guitar” his new album is out now.

Ride is the rock ‘n’ roll record he's been wanting to make for a long time.  “I really like the energy of this record,” Broadbent says. “There seems to be an interesting dichotomy between what I write while I’m touring and what I write when I’m able to sit and think. I think what the album speaks to is that juxtaposition between the ride and the time spent parked up. It all ties into the journey of the artist.”

Available on CD in store & online now

50 Foot Wave - Black Pearl is the new album from Kristin Hersh's other band with fellow Throwing Muses members Bernard Georges and Rob Ahlers. 'An outlet for the material deemed too weird or wild for Throwing Muses'.
