RSD 1 Dropped!

We hope you got what you wanted on the first Record Store Day Drop of 2021 - you have certainly kept us busy - thank you!

It was great to see those of you who managed to bag an appointment on the day.

If you opted to collect your order it is waiting for you at the shop. And if you chose mail order your item will be arriving any minute now, if it hasn't already.

What was your favourite purchase? Did you take a punt and discover something new? Let us know...

So this week we received notification from the Record Store Day organisers that due to the delay in easing Covid19 restrictions on 21st June we will have to operate Drop 2 on 17th July in the same way as Drop 1 i.e. pre-booked timed appointments and online from 6.00pm.

This is disappointing, because we can't have the shop open for browsing on the day and do all the usual RSD stuff (Experimental Sonic Machines we miss you!). As always we'll bring you as many great RSD releases as we can and keep looking ahead.

Drop 2 is a slightly smaller selection although there were a few Drop 1 releases that were put back to Drop 2. We'll be updating the website with the full list for Drop 2 as soon as we can. 

We're open as usual the rest of the week - you can browse remaining RSD items and everything else besides!

Now the madness of RSD Drop 1 is done we're looking forward to getting our teeth back into lots of new releases and 2nd hand collections to bring you more gems.

We are expecting the new Nick Cave along with lots of other new releases to land this weekend, will update here with more info later.
