'Nothing’s About to Happen to Me is the eighth studio album by Mitski. All songs and vocals are by Mitski. The album was produced and engineered by Patrick Hyland and mastered by Bob Weston, with assistance on drums and logistics from Kris Bulakowski. Continuing the musical through line established with The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We, the album features live instrumentation by The Land touring band and ensemble arrangements. The orchestra was recorded at Sunset Sound and TTG Studios, arranged and conducted by Drew Erickson, engineered by Michael Harris, with additional engineering by Isaac Diskin and assistance from Alex Miller. Standout singles include “Where’s My Phone?,” “I’ll Change for You,” and “If I Leave.” Mitski is currently writing the music and lyrics for the musical adaptation of The Queen’s Gambit. Her concert film, Mitski: The Land, recently had its cinematic release in 27 countries, and was accompanied by The Land: The Live Album.'

Looking forward to watching the new Paul McCartney film Man On the Run which documents his life following the break up of The Beatles and the rise of his band Wings with his wife Linda during the 1970s.

Louth band Corasandel aka Esme Dodsworth, Holly Hall, Jimmy Osborne, Chris Dodsworth and OTBT's Mark Merrifield are playing live at The Boars Head, Louth on Friday 20th March with support from singer songwriter Nick Hudson.

'In May next year, 2026, Magazine’s keyboard player and guitarist, Dave and Noko, will be touring the UK one more time – performing an evening of Magazine material. BONUS!

Kicking off in Newcastle on May 6, and ending in Manchester on May 23, tickets are available in short order, and short supply, from www.seetickets.com and elsewhere…

Alongside Dave and Noko, will be Peter Petersen (from the French new wave band, Affection Place) on vocals; his son, Tim on the bass guitar; and Dave’s son, Max, on the kit. As Sly Stone would say, ‘It’s a family affair…’
