'Something And Nothing is the second volume in the autobiography from David Gedge of Wedding Present fame. The stories featured in this stunning 176-page matt-laminated, hard-back book have previously only been available to readers of the Tales From The Wedding Present comic book series. 'Initially released in 2012, I Will Set You Free amalgamated elements of Barry Adamson’s previous work, resulting in an album that is unmistakably Barry Adamson. Like many of Adamson’s records, the album is a genre odyssey that jumps from garage rock rock, to blues, to new-wave pop, with the adventurous brass section injecting an acid jazz touch.'
Also released is Barry Adamson's 2016 album Know Where To Run on limited edition silver vinyl with 36 page photo book.

King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard have reissued their album KG on red vinyl this week.
'K.G. is a pure distillation of the King Gizzard sound, one that cherry picks the best aspects of previous albums and contorts them into new shapes via defiantly non-western rock scales.'
Arthur Russell's Love Is Overtaking Me, 'originally released in 2008 comprises 21 demos and home recordings of unreleased pop, folk and country songs from Arthur’s vast catalogue. While much critical and popular affection for Russell’s music has come about well after his untimely death from AIDS in 1992, many fellow artists believed in his genius and were drawn to collaborate with him during his lifetime. The legendary producer John Hammond (Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen) recorded Russell on several occasions; a number of these recordings can be heard on ‘Love Is Overtaking Me’

After much eager anticipation, their gloom pop debut album Introduction, Presence is finally released. For fans of OMD, The National, New Order and Tears for Fears.'
Sufjan Stevens' Fourth Of July is a New 7" Single on red vinyl. 'On July 1, his birthday, Sufjan Stevens released two alternate versions of his song, “Fourth of July.” Both versions were recorded around 2014...These two latest versions were recently found on old harddrives.'

This week we heard the heartbreaking news that Dex Wright, founder of Lincoln music collective Weird Garden and the Decimal Place arts centre on Burton Road, Lincoln has died after a short illness.
Dex was such a positive force. We were proud to call him a friend. It's a great loss indeed and our thoughts go out to his family.
We'd like to share this a wonderful unedited interview with Dex from October 2021 for the Sunday Underbelly show on LCR Radio, which DJ Katy B has made available.
