This Is What We Do is the first album in 7 years from seminal electronic music pioneers and twice Mercury Prize Nominated, Leftfield. In stock on CD and limited white vinyl.

'Something And Nothing is the second volume in the autobiography from David Gedge of Wedding Present fame. The stories featured in this stunning 176-page matt-laminated, hard-back book have previously only been available to readers of the Tales From The Wedding Present comic book series. This collected edition comes with 100 pages of never-before-seen additional material and an introduction by Craig Cash.'

'Initially released in 2012, I Will Set You Free amalgamated elements of Barry Adamson’s previous work, resulting in an album that is unmistakably Barry Adamson. Like many of Adamson’s records, the album is a genre odyssey that jumps from garage rock rock, to blues, to new-wave pop, with the adventurous brass section injecting an acid jazz touch.'

Also released is Barry Adamson's 2016 album Know Where To Run on limited edition silver vinyl with 36 page photo book.

Hot Hot Heat’s classic debut album, Make Up The Breakdown is filled with smart, energetic, dance-punk hits, returns to vinyl with this fully remastered LP opaque yellow vinyl edition.

'Celebrating the 25th anniversary of Echo and The Bunnymen’s second coming, London Records revisit the band’s triumphant album Evergreen. Originally released in 1997, Evergreen marked a critical and commercial renaissance for the band after more than half a decade’s hiatus; an album that rightfully returned them to the Top 10 that sported three UK hits including the seminal ‘Nothing Lasts Forever’.'

Rebecca Lucy Taylor's (Self Esteem) soundtrack to Prima Facie - Suzie Miller’s award-winning play that features Jodie Comer, the Emmy and Bafta Award-winning star of BBC’s Killing Eve, is in stock on red vinyl.

Is a Woman is the sixth studio album from 2002 by Tennessee Americana band Lambchop - reissued as a limited edition double album on yellow vinyl.

'Lykke Li returns with her fifth studio album EYEYE. The album is an eight track story about lust, attraction, attachment, and rejection; the landscape of love.'

King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard have reissued their album KG on red vinyl this week.

'K.G. is a pure distillation of the King Gizzard sound, one that cherry picks the best aspects of previous albums and contorts them into new shapes via defiantly non-western rock scales.'

Arthur Russell's Love Is Overtaking Me, 'originally released in 2008 comprises 21 demos and home recordings of unreleased pop, folk and country songs from Arthur’s vast catalogue. While much critical and popular affection for Russell’s music has come about well after his untimely death from AIDS in 1992, many fellow artists believed in his genius and were drawn to collaborate with him during his lifetime. The legendary producer John Hammond (Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen) recorded Russell on several occasions; a number of these recordings can be heard on ‘Love Is Overtaking Me’

New Jazz compilation Luka Una presents E Soul Cultura is a limited edition orange double vinyl with a zine put together by Luke Una.

New single from Surprise Chef Money Music/Suburban Breeze, 'Following up on the worldwide success of their new album Education & Recreation, Surprise Chef drops a must have two-sider for those of us who can't get enough 45s.'

Trevor Beale's Fireside Stories is, 'Unearthed tapes of a totally unknown teenager folk singer from early 1970s Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire, England. A superb cache of ‘loner folk’ songs recorded in the early-70s by Hebden Bridge’s answer to Nick Drake.' LP in stock

After much eager anticipation, their gloom pop debut album Introduction, Presence is finally released. For fans of OMD, The National, New Order and Tears for Fears.'

Sufjan Stevens' Fourth Of July is a New 7" Single on red vinyl. 'On July 1, his birthday, Sufjan Stevens released two alternate versions of his song, “Fourth of July.” Both versions were recorded around 2014...These two latest versions were recently found on old harddrives.'

This week we heard the heartbreaking news that Dex Wright, founder of Lincoln music collective Weird Garden and the Decimal Place arts centre on Burton Road, Lincoln has died after a short illness.

Dex was such a positive force. We were proud to call him a friend. It's a great loss indeed and our thoughts go out to his family.

We'd like to share this a wonderful unedited interview with Dex from October 2021 for the Sunday Underbelly show on LCR Radio, which DJ Katy B has made available.
