Format: New 4CD Label: Real World Productions Cat. No. PGCD24 Barcode: 0884108019146 Released: 27/11/2026

Peter Gabriel returns with o\i, the follow-up and companion to his acclaimed 2023 album i/o.

“The songs are a mix of thoughts and feelings,” says Gabriel.

“I have been thinking about the future and how we might respond to it.”

As we enter a period of transition shaped by AI, quantum computing and brain-computer interfaces, “artists have a role to look into the mists and, when they catch sight of something, to hold up a mirror.”

Recorded at Real World Studios, o\i features extraordinary musicians, two distinct mixes and artwork from leading artists.

After a 20-year gap between his album's Up (2002) and i/o (2023), Peter Gabriel returns with a brand new collection of songs, entitled o\i.

Notable contributions from Brian Eno, Tony Levin, David Rhodes, Josh Shpack and Paolo Fresu and orchestral arrangement from John Metcalfe and PG
